On Monday, the Chicago Federation of Labor will host its annual
Labor Day rally and picnic in Chicago's Millennium Park. Gov. Pat Quinn
and State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias will be on hand for the
festivities, which kick off at 11 a.m. You can read all of the
