Our shirts are being produced by Woodstock-based Warp Corps. Warp Corps is a community-based organization focused on youth mental health support, substance use prevention, and early intervention. They offer youth programs, street outreach, and connection to care. So two ways you are making a difference in your community!

Style 1 - Unisex Short Sleeve Fine Jersey Cotton Tee
These Tultex t-shirts are made with combed ring-spun cotton that feels light and comfortable.

Sizes XXL & XXXL - $25
Style 2 - Unisex Short Sleeve Tech Performance Material With UV Protection
These are made from synthetic fabric with a denser weave to absorb UV radiation.

- Once you fill out the form, it will return you to our donation page, where you can make a donation for your shirt(s).
- If you filled out a paper order form and want to pay via the website, go here! Or use the button below.
- If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please email [email protected]. Checks can be mailed to DPMC, PO Box 1126, Crystal Lake, IL 60039
- Once we receive all the orders, they will be placed. We will contact you when they arrive with pick-up options.
