Candidates and other organizations that wish to publicize their event on this website should fill out this form. Please attach an image in either JPG or PNG format - do not send PDFs if you wish them to be displayed as an image.
We make every effort to post them on our website in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee that all events will be posted on our website or that they will be posted before the event date. We strongly encourage event organizers to submit their event information as early as possible to increase the likelihood of it being posted on our website. We reserve the right to edit content for length and style. We may decline to publicize events that are outside of McHenry County or are otherwise inappropriate for our audience. We also may decline due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus and based on guidance from the state and concern for our members.
Official Democratic Party of McHenry County events must be created on our web platform, NationBuilder. Do not use Facebook, Twitter or any other platform to create a Party event. Conversely, we do not track RSVPs on behalf of candidates and outside organization events, so be sure to include RSVP contact information in your event description.
