IDCCA Virtual Training Series - Voters Rights & Election Protection
Will you be an election or poll worker on November 8th? Are you a precinct committeeperson who will be monitoring your precinct on Election Day? You don't want to miss this informative training to get you up to speed on what to expect at the polling places.
This session we will focus on what you need to know to protect the rights of every voter when they enter a polling place on Election Day. We will also focus on Election Protection and how to respond to GOP efforts to suppress voter turnout.
This session will be led by Barbara Altman, Nancy Fredman Krent, and Sheldon Solow of Tenth Dems, with Lake County Democratic Chair Lauren Beth Gash as our moderator. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be available for Illinois attorneys.
This session is virtual, and you must register to attend. This training starts at 7:30pm and will last around an hour with a 15-minute Q&A session at the end.
