This McHenry Area Happy Times Gathering event has been cancelled.
The McHenry County Democratic Party is cancelling all events until May due to concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, based on guidance from the state and concern for our members.
Now there's a casual social event for Democrats in the northern part of the county. We are meeting at Uprooted, one of the nicest restaurants in the city of McHenry. We will gather in the back room at one of the big communal tables. Uprooted has a great menu with a variety of sandwiches, steaks, pasta and a tempting array of vegetarian items. Or, if you just want to stop in for a drink with the group, that's OK, too! If you've been looking for a chance to meet fellow Democrats in a relaxed environment, please join us!
