There's a full slate of most awesome Democrats running for office in the 2026 election, and petitioning -- collecting signatures on nominating petitions for our candidates -- is now in full swing and will continue through the end of October.
You can help them get on the ballot. Bring your completed petitions to our office, get them signed and notarized, and turn them in. We'll also have blank petitions for you to sign or, even better, to circulate.
WHEN: Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 -- 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
WHERE: McHenry Dems office, 682 South Eastwood Drive, Woodstock
Especially if you have petitions for our governor JB Pritzker and other state-wide candidates, please bring them and turn them in. The deadline for getting petitions to JB is October 3rd.
682 South Eastwood Drive is on the west side of Route 47, one block south of the Secretary of State and the Election Center. Turn in at the sign for the Offsides Bar & Grill, then immediately turn left and you'll find us.
