It's the 53rd annual Johnsburg Saufen und Spiel Parade -- the last parade of the season -- and we Democrats are proud to participate.

WHEN:  Sunday, September 8th, 2024 -- step-off at 12:00 noon

WHERE:  Step-off point is the Johnsburg Village Hall, 1515 Channel Beach Avenue

For drop-off's at the step-off point:  From North Johnsburg Road, turn east onto Lakeview Street (by the Mobil station.)  Take Lakeview east to Riverview Drive, one block south on Riverview, then right onto Channel Beach and over to the Village Hall. 

The parade route:  Takes us southwest down Johnsburg Road, and ends up at the Johnsburg Community Club.  About two miles.  

The shuttle: From 9:00 to 11:00 am (last run leaves 11:00 am sharp), leaving from St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, 2302 West Church Street, just down the street from the end point.  Watch for our red minivan.  You can park at Johnsburg Junior High School, 2220 West Church Street, and walk the very short distance to the church.
