This year marks 100 years since women achieved the vote in the US. But did you know that women in Illinois had the vote in 1913 and a local woman was instrumental in making that happen?'
History, stories, music and prizes are all part of this live streaming event. Cassandra Vohs-Demann will sing We Are, a song she composed and sang for the first time at January's Women's March. Get inspired by the stories of our past, our candidates, and all that McHenry County women have accomplished to make change in our County. The perfect antidote to election stress!
