Before we can begin to deliver 5,000 doorhangars, we must hook rubber bands on each. These rubber bands will keep the card attached to the door knob. It's not hard and of course it is more fun with good food and drink and friends.
Mary McClellan, our county clerk, has moved 20 voting locations in District 2 and 10 in District 3. These are residential areas and contain many democratic voters. Legally she can do this. McHenry County Democrats are determined to get the vote out for the primary and the midterms despite her trying to suppress it. Voters need to know there is a problem. We're hoping 5,000 doorhangars will make a strong statement.
We will be working on attaching rubber bands at Pablo's while enjoying the fare. Come and join us. Help as you can. Be a part of the "blue wave". It happened in Virginia, Alabama and just a few days ago Kentucky flipped a very republican state seat. We can flip the congressional 6th and the 14th.
