DISTRICT 8 DEMOCRATIC ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION - HARVARD

Crafted especially for Democratic Voters in Harvard, Alden, Hartland, Dunham and Chemung Townships.  

WHEN:  Monday, October 5th, 2026 -- 6:30 to 8:00 pm
WHERE:  Northfield Court Apartments Community Room, 1410 Northfield Court, Harvard

Enter the Northfield Court Apartments drive, then go past the playground on the left to the office/clubhouse/pool.  Park in front of the building or across the street.  No drinks will be provided, so please bring your own.

Early voting has started at the McHenry County Election Center at 410 South Eastwood Drive in Woodstock, and in Harvard will start beginning Monday October 19th at the Dunham Township Office at 107 Airport Road, from 8:30 to 4 on weekdays and 8:30 to noon on Saturday.  There's also a secure ballot dropbox inside the township office, where you can deposit your completed vote-by-mail ballots.  We recommend using the dropbox rather than the US Mail.

Plan to join our Democratic Party contingent in the Marengo Settlers' Days Parade on Sunday October 11th, stepping off at 2:00 pm from Calvin Spencer Park.  For your convenience, park either at the Marengo Community Middle School, 816 East Grant Highway, where the parade ends, or in the gravel lot behind Joe's Place, 19716 East Grant Highway, and our shuttle will run you over to the assembly point.  (And after the parade our shuttle will be available to run you back over to Joe's.)  The first shuttle run will depart Joe's at 11:30am, and the last at 1:15pm sharp.

Plans are in the works for another rally on Saturday October 17th for Get Out The Vote at Five Points in Harvard.  Harmilda has been lonely!
