County Fair Setup and Teardown

Setup

Setup should only take an hour or two. We will meet at the Fairgrounds at Building D, right next to the fair office. You can park in the lot immediately in front of the building during setup.

Teardown

Check to see if the lot in front of Building D is open for vendors at 7:00 pm on Sunday. If it is you can park there instead of the remote visitor lot. Our pop-up booth can be disassembled quickly and loads into a wheeled bag for transport. We'll need to return that and the video display equipment to the Party office in Woodstock. Total time to tear down and transport is about two hours.
