- Newer Village Trustee David Joseph (who is very familiar with gov't audits) makes sound suggestions
- Trustee Knar (on board for 20 years) wants to keep things the same and is very condescending in responses
- Trustee Josephs inquired about 401 Algonquin and the cost to rehab it after the failed project.
- Block B proposal will be voted on at 5/5/26 meeting
