Board Members split on issues, but still limiting transparency

• New rule to have two members add agenda items, president not compliant
• Discussion about a traffic study on the lake
• CL Board Lawyer wants to hire another lawyer to "settle lake war issues" (Riparian rights)
• Draft Lake Usage Fee Agreement sent to Lakewood and Crystal Lake
