Paul Kendrick, our guest speaker, will tell us about his recent book Nine Days which is about how a young and courageous Dr. King did what he was afraid to do in order to create change against racism; and how an interracial civil rights team on the Kennedy campaign modeled working together effectively across racial lines to help save King’s life, risk and win the 1960 election, and change American politics.
